What exactly is Game Laude?
Game Laude is a one-of-a-kind personalized board game made from your own drawings, photos, and text. It’s designed to bring your memories, ideas, or stories to life through fun and play.

Do I need design or illustration skills to create a game?
Not at all! You don’t need any design skills or software. Just upload one or more images — a drawing, a photo, or both — and we’ll take care of the rest. We turn your visuals into a real board game.

What kind of images can I use?
You can use almost any image: hand-drawn art, digital illustrations, family photos, or scanned pages. The more personal, the better! Just make sure you have the right to use the images you upload — for example, they should be your own or used with permission.
For best print quality, we recommend images with a resolution of 300 DPI. But don’t worry — if the quality isn’t high enough, we’ll notify you before printing.

Can I write my own game text or use ready-made options?
You can use our pre-written text options (perfect if you're short on time), or write your own custom text to make it even more personal. No need to be a copywriter — simple is great, and your words make the game uniquely yours.
If you're writing a longer piece of text on your computer, the font might look small on-screen — but don't worry! Even font size as small as 9 pt is clearly readable on the final printed game board.

How do I know what to submit and how?

After submitting, you’ll be able to add the game to your cart and proceed to checkout. We’ll handle the rest.

How long does it take to make the game?
We usually produce your personalized board game within 4 business days or less. We get to work as soon as your design is approved!
Please note: shipping time is additional and depends on the delivery option you choose.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free, and the estimated delivery time is 1–7 business days, depending on your location. For more details, please check our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer faster shipping options?
Yes! If you're in a hurry, you can choose priority shipping at checkout for an additional fee. It’s perfect for last-minute gifts or special occasions.

When does the production start?
Absolutely. Once your game is produced and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We begin production only after you’ve approved your game preview and completed the payment. This gives you the chance to review your custom design and make any changes before it goes to print. Once payment is received, your order goes straight into production.

Yes — you can edit your game at any time before payment. Even after you approve the preview, you can still make changes as long as you haven’t completed checkout.
Once payment is made, the design is locked and sent into production.

Is this a good gift idea?

It’s a fun surprise for kids, parents, teachers, friends, colleagues, clients — anyone who appreciates something thoughtful and personal.

Can I send the game directly to the gift recipient?
Yes! At checkout, you can enter a different shipping address from the billing address. Just make sure to put the recipient’s name and address under the shipping information.
And we’re proudly paper-free! We don’t include printed invoices in the package.

Does the game come in a gift box?
Every game comes in a minimalist box. While it’s not a decorative gift box, it’s still suitable for gifting. Inside, you’ll find everything you need to play: the board, playing pieces, and a die.

Will the price be visible in the package?
Nope! The game is shipped without any pricing information in or on the packaging — perfect for surprise gifts.
We’re proudly paper-free — we don’t include printed invoices in the package either.
🔄 Returns & Changes

Can I make changes after submitting my order?
Yes — you can make changes to your game at any time before payment. Even after approving the preview, you can still edit your design until you’ve completed checkout. Once the game is paid for, the design is locked and sent into production.

Can I return or exchange a custom game?
Since each game is made especially for you, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges — unless your item arrives damaged or there’s been a production error.
Because your board game is custom-made, we hope you understand that it’s created just for you from start to finish.

What if there’s a mistake or damage?
If your game arrives with a defect, damage, or production error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
You can reach out via email at info@gamelaude.com or through our contact form.We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before payment. Once the order is paid and confirmed, it moves into production and can no longer be cancelled.
